King prawns with ginger and green pepper
Ingredients :

Preparation :
For 2 people :
1. Wash the leeks, cut the green and thinly slice them like ribbons.
2. Grate the ginger, peel and chop the shallot.
3. Sweat the whole 10 min in a pan with 20? G of butter.
4. Salt, add the prawn tails, the cream and the green pepper.
5. Continue cooking for 5 min then reserve.
6. Lay the brick sheets flat by stacking them 2 by 2.
7. Lightly coat with melted butter.
8. Place the prawns and leeks in the center.
9. Close in a bag and bake for 10 min at 180 ° C (th.?6).
Tip: To add flavor, marinate the prawns in a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce for 1 hour.
