3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 mezzanine, 1 indoor garden. Former capital of the island, St. Pierre was dubbed the 'Little Paris', the 'Paris of the Isles' or the 'Pearl of the Antilles' when it was destroyed by the volcanic eruption of Mount Pelee in 1902.

Located in the heart of Saint-Pierre, the house, built on the ruins of an old Creole house destroyed by the volcanic eruption, was completely renovated in 2013. Its traditional architecture particularly impresses with its indoor garden, its fresh water basin and separate from the house kitchen.

Although located in a calm and quiet street, the house is located in the city center, 5 minutes walk from the sea, from the Cathedral and the nearest shops, and 15 minutes walk from the sea and bus stations.

Besides visiting its famous ruins, St. Peter offers a wide choice of activities due to its unique geographical position between the Caribbean Sea and the volcano of Mount Pelee: hiking in the forest or the volcano, bathroom rivers with waterfalls water, historical or geological museum tours, scuba diving, fishing, lagging or diving, swimming on one of the many beaches of the caribbean coast and particularly that of Anse Turin , probably the best beach in the north of the island (5 minutes drive from the house), distillery tour (Depaz, Neisson) and Creole houses, etc.
